Payment: What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Google Checkout*, and Money Order. Google Checkout Orders ship within 48 hours of payment. Money Orders allow 2-4 weeks for receipt of payment for delivery. (* our preferred method of payment) We also accept Paypal, however every PayPal order carries a $2 handling fee. No exceptions.

Shipping: Can I combine Shipping Costs on items?
Yes, You can at the time of buying items send us an email and request that all items you purchased be grouped together, to save on shipping. This is easiest to do through Google Checkout. (hint, hint :-) ) If paying by Money Order or via PayPal though, you will have to notify us via email, BEFORE buying the item, as the site will auto invoice without allowing for shipping to be combined.

General: How Frequently do you add product?

Shipping: How do you ship your items?
We ship all items up to albs via USPS Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation, and items over 3lbs we ship via UPS Ground with tracking numbers. On combined shipping items, we ship via UPS Ground only. Be sure to check the weight amount designated on each item, as it determines how items will be shipped to you. If you would like to change the quality of shipping on any item purchased, simply notify us via email BEFORE making your purchase so that we can invoice you accordingly for the correct amount.

Shipping: What if I want to add insurance to an item that is to be shipped to me?
Insurance is included, at no cost to the buyer, on items shipped over 4lbs. On items shipped under the 4lbs. limit, Please notify us via email before payment / checkout, so that we can give you the accurate shipping amount, including insurance on the item, if you choose to change shipping methods other than are default shipping methods.

Refunds and Exchanges: What is your Policy?
All Sales Are Final. Due to uniqueness and singularity / low inventory of many items, no refunds or exchanges are or will be given on items, unless items arrive damaged due to shipping. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, simply contact us via email, letting us know of the damage,and then send back the item to us. Upon receipt of your returned item, if possible, we will replace the item and ship out a replacement. If we do not have a replacement to send out, due to uniqueness or low inventory on said item, we will refund your purchase, minus shipping costs.

Shipping: What happens if my item is lost in shipping?
Lost items due to Shipping Service: We verify and ship all orders within 48 hours of your order being placed. Items shipped via Priority Mail Shipments usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. if for some reason an item does not arrive within the above allotted time frame, please email us direct at [email protected], and we will initiate a trace on your package. Please allow up to 5 business days for the trace to occur. Do to the nature of many of our items being singular and one of a kind items, if the package cannot be traced or recovered, we cannot give refunds on merchandise that has been lost or stolen due to the Shipping Company in charge of Delivering the package. We would in that case, urge you to file a claim with the United States Postal Service or with UPS for reimbursement of lost items.
